With well over 3 decades of combined experience, staff at Morgan Design
Group LLC Architects provides architectural design, site planning, drafting,
building envelope consulting as well as construction administration.
Our approach is to identify the unique requirements for each project, provide
services that make sense in the context of the project and at the same time
maintain a fair balance between the associated costs and meeting the
design intent.
Our designers and consultants work together to create a system that works
best given soil, weather, building concepts, and use. We base design
decisions on broad product knowledge, an extensive library of product and
historical data, and sound engineering principles.

American Institute of Architects (AIA), and AIA Seattle Chapter.

Jean M. Morgan, AIA, President of Morgan Design Group
LLC Architects is a licensed Architect in State of
Washington, a Registered Residential Designer in State of
Nevada, a full-member of AIA in good-standing, and a
member of Seattle Design Review Board for Northwest
Area. She holds BA in Architecture. For more than 25 years
Ms. Morgan has been providing architectural services that
include all phases of architectural design from conceptual
plans to construction documents, green-built, sustainable
design features, code research, and she acts as client
liaison and contract administrator.
H. John Parsaie, Assoc. AIA, Vice-President of Morgan
Design Group LLC is an associate-member of the
American Institute of Architects in good standing, and an
active member of the Institute of Roofing, Waterproofing, &
Building Envelope Professionals. He holds BS and PhD in
engineering with emphasis on structures and building
systems performance. He has more than 15 years of
experience. His experience includes site layout and design,
building diagnostics, as well as building enclosure/building
envelope design & consulting.
